Graduating as Valedictorian as a student of the University of La Verne College of Law and member of the Law Review, Charles has worked on a wide variety of cases throughout his professional experiences at State Farm, as a Deputy City Attorney for the City of Riverside, and most recently as an attorney with Shernoff Bidart Echeverria LLP.
Charles is a Southern California native having grown up in the valley and having attended the University of Riverside for undergraduate courses.

Undergraduate studies at the United States Military Academy at West Point and the University of California Irvine, lead to a brief stint in the LAPD. After changing careers and graduating law school, Scott has been practicing civil litigation since 2014. He currently also serves as Of Counsel for ANDERSON & LEBLANC APLC, a reputable small firm located in the Inland Empire.
